Personnel & Selection Criteria

The company has established high standards for all staff, both administrative and staff, there is a need for university education in the field used with additional qualifications to come from the Armed Forces, the Cypriot Police or the Special Services Security, in which he has successfully served.

All other staff, especially security guards, must meet the following minimum criteria:

• Be physically and mentally healthy.
• Have a white criminal record.
• Have at least a high school diploma
• To know English at a level that can be agreed with his interlocutor.
• Men have successfully completed their military service and have not been excluded from the reserve for mental or physical illnesses.
• To have secured a license to practice the profession of guardian or private guardian based on the legislation N.125 (I) / 2007– article 25 (In case of non-possession of a guardian’s professional license, it will be issued in cooperation with the company).

During their recruitment, the Security Guards undergo training in self-defense and psychological preparation for emergencies, as well as training in first aid. This training is repeated every year for self-defense and every three years for first aid.
